1.Shipping fee
Shipping costs are calculated based on postal fees.
2. Order processing time
- For orders from 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Bao Long Pharmaceutical will contact you the same day.
- For orders after 5:00 p.m., Bao Long Pharmacy will contact you the next morning.
- Orders placed after 5:00 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday will be contacted by Bao Long Pharmacy the following Monday morning.
3. Delivery time
- Delivery within the same day or within 1-2 days for customers with addresses in the inner city districts of the city. Ho Chi Minh.
- Delivery from 2 – 4 days for customers with addresses in the city. Hanoi and neighboring provinces.
- However, during peak times (holidays, New Year, promotions, etc.), Bao Long Pharmaceutical cannot deliver immediately so we will negotiate a delivery time for you.
