Terms and Conditions for User Content

Article 1: User Representations and Warranties

By posting Content, the User represents and warrants that: 1.1. The User is the sole author and legal owner of the intellectual property rights in that Content; or has obtained sufficient permission and rights from the actual owner to post it. 1.2. The Content provided is accurate, truthful, and not misleading. 1.3. Bảo Long’s use of the Content provided by the User will not violate these Terms and will not cause harm to any individual or entity. 1.4. The User voluntarily waives all “moral rights” that they may have in the Content.

Article 2: Content Use License

2.1. By posting the Content, the User grants Dược Bảo Long a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable, worldwide license to: use, reproduce, modify, delete in its entirety, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, sell, and/or distribute that Content. 2.2. The User agrees that Bảo Long has the right to use this Content for any purpose, including but not limited to marketing, advertising, and product promotion activities on any media (website, social network, print publication, etc.) without notice or any payment to the User.

Article 3: Prohibited Content and Community Standards

The User agrees not to post any Content that falls under the following cases: 3.1. Violation of Law and Ethics: a. Content contrary to Vietnamese law or fine customs and traditions. b. Content that is defamatory, libelous, insulting, threatening, hateful, harassing, or discriminatory (based on race, religion, gender, origin, etc.). 3.2. Misleading Information and Advertising: a. Information that is false, fraudulent, or seriously misleading. b. Spam, junk mail, advertisements for other businesses, affiliate links, or unauthorized commercial content. 3.3. Medical and Legal Issues (Important): a. Making unsubstantiated medical claims: Asserting that the product can “cure,” or “provide a complete treatment” for a specific medical condition. b. Replacing medical advice: Advising others to stop using prescription medication, ignore advice from a doctor or pharmacist, or self-diagnose illnesses. c. Incorrect usage instructions: Describing product usage that is incorrect, dangerous, wrong dosage, or used for purposes not recommended by Bảo Long. d. Attacking or slandering: Providing false, unverified information intended to harm the reputation of Dược Bảo Long, its products, management, employees, or the late famous physician Nguyễn Hữu Khai. 3.4. Privacy and Intellectual Property: a. Disclosing sensitive personal information of others (phone numbers, addresses, emails, health information, medical records). b. Violating the intellectual property rights (copyright, trademark) of any third party. c. Containing computer viruses, malware, or harmful files.

Article 4: Dược Bảo Long’s Right to Moderation and Management

4.1. Full Management Rights: Dược Bảo Long reserves the absolute right (but is not obligated) to monitor, review, or moderate Content posted by Users. 4.2. Right to Reject and Delete: Bảo Long has the sole discretion, for any reason or no reason, and without prior notice to the User, to: a. Refuse to post any Content. b. Edit, condense, or modify the Content. c. Delete any Content (including negative Content) that Bảo Long deems to violate this Policy or to be no longer appropriate. 4.3. Termination of Access: Bảo Long has the right to suspend or permanently ban the User from accessing or posting Content if repeated or serious violations are detected.

Article 5: Disclaimer of Liability

5.1. Not Company Views: All Content posted by Users are the opinions and views of the individual poster. They do not reflect the official views, values, advice, or endorsement of Dược Bảo Long. 5.2. No Liability: Bảo Long assumes no legal responsibility for the Content posted by the User, including its accuracy, reliability, or consequences arising from reliance on that Content. 5.3. Not Medical Advice: The Content on our platforms (including User-posted Content) is not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified doctor or pharmacist before making any health-related decisions.

Article 6: Policy Amendments

Bảo Long reserves the right to amend or update this Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon public posting on our website.
