Objects of use: Adults have difficulty sleeping and do not sleep well.
Directions for use: Adults take 2 times/day, 3 capsules/time. Take 30 minutes before going to sleep.
Contraindications: Do not use while driving or operating machinery. Not for use by pregnant women, people with excessive internal heat, high fever, measles or rash, spleen deficiency, loose stools, yin deficiency with heat signs, cough due to cold in the lungs, or those with known allergies or sensitivities to any ingredients of the product.
